Creamed Corn

2 Tbsp. butter
5 cups frozen corn, thawed
½ cup heavy cream
¾ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
1.5 Tbsp. sugar
Pinch cayenne pepper
Pinch ground nutmeg
1 cup whole milk
3 Tbsp. flour

In a saucepan, melt butter and combine with corn, cream, salt, pepper, sugar, cayenne pepper, and nutmeg. In a small bowl, whisk together milk and flour. Pour into corn mixture and stir to combine. Cook while constantly stirring for at least five minutes, or until corn is tender.

He served as a co-executive producer and won three Emmy Awards when GOT was named best outstanding drama series.
