Mark Dacascos' Ranch Spinach Dip

Ranch Spinach Dip

16 oz. sour cream
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dips mix
10 oz package frozen spinach
8 oz can water chestnuts

Mix the sour cream and dip in a large bowl, then add spinach (chopped, thawed, and drained) and water chestnuts (drained and chopped). Chill covered for an hour before serving. Serve with cubed bread and vegetable sticks of your choice.

Actor, martial artist, and television personality Mark Dacascos, was born February 26, 1964, in Honolulu, Hawaii, and attended school in Germany. His enthusiasm for martial arts started at an early age, and he won numerous karate and kung fu championships between the ages of 7 and 18. He became an actor after being discovered walking down the street in San Francisco’s Chinatown. He has appeared in dozens of feature films and television shows. Beginning in January 2005, Dacascos has portrayed the Chairman on Food Network’s television series Iron Chef America. He is married with three children.
